A controlled test: 6 current policies plus 5 outdated or unapproved documents. Answers went from 12 of 12 right to 6, and source validation, access control and evaluation brought them back.

Beyond a basic RAG tutorial: parse PDF, Word and HTML, enforce who can read what, cite every answer, say 'not found', and measure it. Built and tested locally.
